Our client, a leader in manufacturing and production, is seeking a dedicated Production Associate to join their team. As a Production Associate, you will be an essential part of the manufacturing process, supporting the assembly line and ensuring product quality. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.
Job Title: Production Associate
Location: TRAVERSE CITY, MI
Pay Range: $19/Hr
Shift: 1st (6:00am - 4:00pm) Monday - Thursday. Overtime on Fridays.
What's the Job?
- Operate machinery efficiently and safely to support production goals
- Assemble parts according to specifications and standards
- Verify the quality of products throughout the manufacturing process
- Adhere to all plant safety guidelines and standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety and efficiency
What's Needed?
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred
- 1-2 years of previous production experience preferred
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and safety protocols
- Strong attention to detail and quality assurance skills
- Reliable and punctual with a positive work ethic
