Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Accountant to oversee financial operations for our construction projects. The ideal candidate will collaborate cross-functionally with project managers, vendors, and owners to maintain financial accuracy and momentum throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
1. Owner Draws & Site Progress
- Review project milestones with PMs and confirm completion
- Prepare and submit draw requests
- Ensure disbursements meet regulatory and contractual standards
2. Vendor & Subcontractor Management
- Resolve invoice discrepancies with PMs
- Reconcile vendor statements, expenses, and invoices
- Maintain lien waivers, insurance certificates, and documentation
- Execute timely payments and manage accounts payable
3. Receivables Oversight
- Monitor incoming payments and ensure timely collection
- Reconcile AR ledgers and post receipts
- Review aging reports and escalate overdue accounts
- Collaborate with finance on collection strategies and approve adjustments
4. Pay Rate
- $50,000-$60,000
