Degree in Radiologic Technology, Certification in Radiologic Technology (ARRT Certification), and minimum 1+ years MRI experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
Perform advanced magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) procedures using state-of-the-art equipment in a dynamic clinical environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct high-quality MRI procedures under radiologist supervision to support diagnosis and treatment
- Utilize Philips and GE MRI scanners, Epic for EMR, and McKesson for imaging systems proficiently
- Participate in teaching and research initiatives relating to MRI to advance organizational goals
- Engage actively with the department, maintaining excellent communication and managing multiple tasks efficiently
- Escalate challenging customer interactions appropriately to management
Qualifications and Experience:
- Completion of a JRCERT-accredited Radiology program required
- Minimum of 5 years MRI experience, with at least 1 year in a Level I Trauma hospital setting
- Current ARRT (R)(MRI) certification required or ability to obtain within one year of hire
- Proficient with computer systems, including basic navigation and email applications
- Experience operating Philips MRI equipment mandatory
- Ability to work professionally while wearing the designated red uniform
