Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) - School-Based

About the Position:

Soliant Health is currently seeking a dedicated and passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) to join our team. This is a full-time, school-based position covering an elementary caseload for the full school year. As an SLP-CCC with Soliant Health, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of students by providing high-quality speech and language services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify students' speech and language needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student's goals and needs.
  • Provide direct therapy services to students in both individual and group settings.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to support students' munication needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and regularly report findings to parents and school staff.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of students' educational programs.
  • Stay current with best practices and developments in the field of speech-language pathology.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
  • State licensure or ability to obtain licensure in South Carolina
  • Previous experience working in a school setting is preferred, but new graduates are wele to apply
  • Strong munication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
