Job DescriptionJob Title: CT Technologist (CT Tech)

Location: Falmouth, MA
Duration: 13 Weeks
Schedule: 5x8 Hours – 40 Hours Weekly

  • Combination of Days and Evenings
  • Primarily Day Shifts with Occasional Evening Coverage
  • Every Other Weekend Required

Compensation:

  • Traveler Pay: $80–$84/hr ($3,000–$3,150/week) based on experience
  • Local Pay: $70–$75/hr ($2,625–$2,812/week) based on experience

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced CT Technologist to provide high-quality diagnostic imaging services in a fast-paced healthcare environment. The ideal candidate will have strong CT imaging experience, excellent patient care skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with radiologists and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform computed tomography (CT) imaging procedures according to physician orders and departmental protocols
  • Prepare and position patients for CT examinations while ensuring patient comfort and safety
  • Operate CT imaging equipment and monitor image quality for diagnostic accuracy
  • Maintain accurate patient records and imaging documentation
  • Follow radiation safety and infection prevention standards
  • Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, and healthcare staff to support quality patient care
  • Monitor patients during procedures and respond appropriately to patient needs
  • Ensure proper operation and maintenance of imaging equipment
  • Provide compassionate, patient-centered care in a fast-paced clinical environment

Required Qualifications:Certifications & Licensure:

  • ARRT Certification in CT required
  • Current AHA BLS Certification required

Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years of CT Technologist experience required
  • Strong knowledge of CT imaging procedures and patient safety standards

Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent technical and imaging skills
  • Strong communication and patient interaction abilities
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy imaging department
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary healthcare teams

Additional Requirements:

  • Flexibility to work a combination of day and evening shifts
  • Every other weekend required
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment
