Job DescriptionJob Title: CT Technologist (CT Tech)
Location: Falmouth, MA
Duration: 13 Weeks
Schedule: 5x8 Hours – 40 Hours Weekly
- Combination of Days and Evenings
- Primarily Day Shifts with Occasional Evening Coverage
- Every Other Weekend Required
Compensation:
- Traveler Pay: $80–$84/hr ($3,000–$3,150/week) based on experience
- Local Pay: $70–$75/hr ($2,625–$2,812/week) based on experience
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced CT Technologist to provide high-quality diagnostic imaging services in a fast-paced healthcare environment. The ideal candidate will have strong CT imaging experience, excellent patient care skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with radiologists and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
Responsibilities:
- Perform computed tomography (CT) imaging procedures according to physician orders and departmental protocols
- Prepare and position patients for CT examinations while ensuring patient comfort and safety
- Operate CT imaging equipment and monitor image quality for diagnostic accuracy
- Maintain accurate patient records and imaging documentation
- Follow radiation safety and infection prevention standards
- Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, and healthcare staff to support quality patient care
- Monitor patients during procedures and respond appropriately to patient needs
- Ensure proper operation and maintenance of imaging equipment
- Provide compassionate, patient-centered care in a fast-paced clinical environment
Required Qualifications:Certifications & Licensure:
- ARRT Certification in CT required
- Current AHA BLS Certification required
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of CT Technologist experience required
- Strong knowledge of CT imaging procedures and patient safety standards
Skills & Competencies:
- Excellent technical and imaging skills
- Strong communication and patient interaction abilities
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy imaging department
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
Additional Requirements:
- Flexibility to work a combination of day and evening shifts
- Every other weekend required
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment
