Night Differential for Monday to Friday: $7.00 per hour

Night Differential for Saturday and Sunday: $10.00 per hour

As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, the RN is responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care to patients through effective interpersonal interactions. You will provide care and services that enable patients to achieve or maintain their optimal physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being, in compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and organizational standards. Your responsibilities will include assessing patient needs continuously and adjusting care plans as necessary based on any changes in the patient's condition. Additionally, you will oversee the clinical activities of CNAs and LPNs on a daily basis.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Completion of a nursing diploma (either an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in nursing)
  • Active and valid nursing license in the relevant state, with a requirement to maintain good standing throughout employment
  • Preferred: At least one (1) year of experience in skilled nursing
  • CPR certification required upon hire or to be obtained during orientation; certification must remain current throughout employment
