Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Make a difference supporting students as a School Psychologist within a thriving educational community near Maple Grove, MN! In this contract position, you'll collaborate with elementary, middle, and high school staff to foster student success, providing crucial psychological services across a range of ages and needs.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in School Psychology or a closely related field.
  • Current, valid Minnesota school psychologist licensure.
  • Experience working with elementary, middle, and/or high school students preferred.
  • Strong understanding of assessment tools, IEP development, and evidence-based intervention strategies.
  • Exceptional communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to build supportive relationships with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams.

What You’ll Do:

  • Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations for students referred for academic, social, behavioral, or emotional concerns.
  • Interpret assessment data and participate in eligibility determination meetings.
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to develop and support effective IEPs and Section 504 plans.
  • Provide direct interventions such as counseling, consultation, and crisis response.
  • Support prevention and early intervention initiatives to promote positive school climates.
  • Serve as a knowledgeable resource in behavior management, RTI/MTSS processes, and best practices for student support.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with district and state guidelines.
