Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

In this contract position, you'll collaborate with elementary, middle, and high school staff to foster student success, providing crucial psychological services across a range of ages and needs.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in School Psychology or a closely related field.
- Current, valid Minnesota school psychologist licensure.
- Experience working with elementary, middle, and/or high school students preferred.
- Strong understanding of assessment tools, IEP development, and evidence-based intervention strategies.
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
- Ability to build supportive relationships with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
What You’ll Do:
- Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations for students referred for academic, social, behavioral, or emotional concerns.
- Interpret assessment data and participate in eligibility determination meetings.
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to develop and support effective IEPs and Section 504 plans.
- Provide direct interventions such as counseling, consultation, and crisis response.
- Support prevention and early intervention initiatives to promote positive school climates.
- Serve as a knowledgeable resource in behavior management, RTI/MTSS processes, and best practices for student support.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with district and state guidelines.
