About the Role:

We are seeking a Charge Nurse LPN to join our team at our Mt Vernon, MO location. As a Charge Nurse LPN, you will be responsible for overseeing the nursing staff and ensuring that our patients receive the highest quality care. You will be responsible for managing patient care plans, administering medications, and providing direct patient care. Your role will be critical in ensuring that our patients receive the best possible care and that our nursing staff is supported and empowered to provide excellent care.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Active LPN license in the state of Missouri
  • Experience in a supervisory or leadership role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in long-term care or geriatric nursing
  • Experience with electronic medical records systems

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee nursing staff and ensure that patients receive high-quality care
  • Manage patient care plans and administer medications
  • Provide direct patient care as needed
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
