Position Overview
We’re seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Lead Gen & Business Development Specialist to join our in-office team in Jupiter, FL. In this position, you’ll alternate between two core functions:
•Lead Acquisition — generating and qualifying leads that fuel our sales pipeline.
•Business Development — following up, presenting our solutions, and closing new client partnerships.
This role offers a unique opportunity to master both sides of the sales process — from prospecting to closing — in a high-energy, team-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Acquisition (Rotating Function):
•Make outbound calls to potential sellers and business prospects.
•Engage, qualify, and document leads in our CRM with accuracy and attention to detail.
•Build rapport quickly and create interest through confident communication.
•Maintain a consistent calling rhythm and hit daily outreach goals.
•Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to deliver quality leads.
Business Development (Rotating Function):
•Present and promote Brian Marketing Group’s digital products / services to qualified prospects.
•Identify client needs and tailor the right marketing solutions.
•Manage a sales pipeline, conduct follow-ups, and close deals.
•Negotiate terms and pricing to secure new business opportunities.
•Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new clients and support client satisfaction post-sale.

Preferred Experience
•Experience in phone sales, telemarketing, or business development (preferred but not required).
