What You’ll Do

Deliver hands-on nursing care in the patient’s home
</li>

Monitor vitals, manage medications, and follow the care plan
</li>
<li>
Provide comfort, safety, and support to the patient and family
</li>
<li>
Document care accurately and promptly
</li>

What You Need

Active LVN license
</li>
<li>
Current CPR certification
</li>
<li>
Compassion, professionalism, reliability
</li>
<li>
Home health or shift care experience a plus
</li>
