Assisted Living near South Salt Lake is seeking to hire a Director of Nursing for a mid-sized Assisted Living Facility. Must be a Registered Nurse in Utah. We are seeking a compassionate and fun team player that enjoys being with the residents and being an active part of the disciplinary team. Our residents are fun and engaging and we love to bring our A-game as we serve them daily!
- Comfortable with Home Health and Hospice
- Comfortable with wound care
- Comfortable with mental health & recovery

- Leadership and staff development skills desired
Nurse will be responsible for initial assessment of new residents, change of conditions and reviews bi-annually. Experience with PCC, ECP or similar care programs a plus. Willingness to learn, implement and follow all Utah Health Department Rules and Regulations for Assisted Living. Willingness to be a team player with good communication skills and a desire to serve others. Ensure infection control protocols are being utilized in community. Comfortable delegating medication techs. This is a Full-time, on call position, with flexibility, benefits and a competitive salary structure. Experience in long-term care, mental health, addiction recovery, behavioral health, assisted living or senior living a plus! We are willing to train the right candidate with an active Utah Registered Nurses License. CPR, First Aid and Food Handlers permit required upon hire.
