Job Title: Machine Maintenance Technician
Location: West Bridgewater, MA
Pay: $24–$30/hr. + shift differentials (Day shift Sat–Sun +$2/hr | Nights M–F +$2/hr, Sat–Sun +$3/hr)
Schedule: 12-hour rotating shifts (Days: 6am–6pm | Nights: 6pm–6am)
Openings: 4 Day Shift | 4 Night Shift

What You’ll Do

• Perform routine and preventive machine/equipment maintenance and repair

• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical and mechanical issues

• Handle product changeovers and setups as needed

• Support continuous improvement projects

• Assist production teams and ensure quality standards are met

• Maintain safety, food safety, and GMP compliance at all times

What We’re Looking For

• Experience with mechanical & electrical troubleshooting

• Familiarity with PLC’s, pneumatics, hydraulics, and heat-sealing a plus

• Ability to read schematics/blueprints and follow diagrams

• Strong problem-solving skills and proactive attitude

• Team player with good communication skills

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a manufacturing environment

Training Schedule

• All new hires complete a 90-day training program on 1st shift (6am–2:30pm).

• Candidates demonstrating proficiency may graduate sooner.
