Schedule & Coverage
This position is based on a 4x10 schedule, with days and hours that may vary to support customer needs. We are expanding our after-hours coverage, which means this role may include evenings, weekends, and rotating schedules. Flexibility and a team-first mindset are key as we continue to grow and better serve our customers.

What You'll Do
- Conduct sewer inspections using advanced camera equipment
- Drop a camera on every mainline stoppage
- Diagnose issues like blockages, pipe defects, or breaks-and clearly explain the cause to homeowners
- Educate customers on repair and replacement options
- Present accurate estimates and help homeowners make confident decisions
- Close sales by building trust and offering clear, solution-based options
- Promote and enroll customers in our Total Home Plan membership, helping them access added value, discounts, and peace of mind
- Maintain an organized truck and protect company equipment
- Coordinate with dispatch and other teams to ensure seamless service
- Follow up on open proposals and keep clients informed
- Participate in ongoing technical and sales training
What You Bring
- Experience with sewer, drain, or plumbing systems is helpful-but we'll train the right person
- Familiarity with camera inspection tools and techniques
- Confidence explaining technical solutions in plain terms
- A clean driving record and valid driver's license
- A positive, driven attitude with a strong work ethic
- Integrity, professionalism, and a desire to be part of a winning team
