Job Title: Dispatch Coordinator
Location: Onsite - Tampa, FL (Hybrid potential after training)

Position Overview:
We're seeking a Dispatch Coordinator to join our Tampa headquarters. This key customer-facing role helps ensure our field technicians are scheduled efficiently and customers receive fast, reliable service. The ideal candidate is highly organized, calm under pressure, and thrives in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.
This is primarily an onsite role with the potential for some work-from-home flexibility once training is complete.
Key Responsibilities:

Dispatch technicians to service calls across multiple regions

Coordinate technician schedules to optimize routes and reduce downtime

Monitor live jobs and adjust schedules as needed throughout the day

Communicate with customers regarding service call timing, technician status, and updates

Collaborate with the Office Manager on Accounts Receivable tasks, including follow-ups and light collections

Process payments from customers and assist with invoicing inquiries

Ensure all job tickets are closed out properly with required documentation

Support other general back-office duties as needed
Qualifications:

2+ years experience in dispatch, customer service, or scheduling (field service industry preferred)

Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Excellent written and verbal communication

Comfortable using service dispatch software (Davisware or similar is a plus)

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word)

High attention to detail and follow-through

Positive, team-oriented attitude
