- Pay Rate: $22.20/hr
- Schedule: Friday–Sunday, 5:00AM – 5:30PM
- Location: Plymouth, MN
Production Operator – Job Responsibilities
- Operate equipment to convert raw materials into finished goods
- Maintain accurate records of raw materials and materials in process
- Perform inprocess testing (hardness, weight, pH, variation, moisture content)
- Follow blueprints, subassembly layouts, and schematics
- Identify equipment malfunctions and product irregularities; assist with troubleshooting
- Track orders processed, work completed, and inventory levels
- Match workload and equipment capacity to production needs
- Coordinate with materials planning, production, and maintenance to support schedules
- Requisition materials and monitor delivery timelines
Production Operator – Requirements
- Entrylevel; no previous manufacturing experience required
- Ability to follow written procedures and standard operating instructions
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Willingness to perform routine, repetitive tasks
- Ability to work a full weekend shift
- Comfortable performing inprocess testing (training provided)
