Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Remote Client Care Associate to support our nationwide customer base with timely, professional, and accurate service. The Remote Client Care Associate will play a key role in responding to client inquiries, resolving service issues, and maintaining detailed records of interactions and follow-ups. This individual will work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience—all while working remotely.
Your responsibilities include:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, chat, and occasional phone support
- Assist with order tracking, returns, exchanges, and refund processing
- Troubleshoot issues related to shipping, payments, and product availability
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system
- Educate customers on products, ingredients, and usage to improve satisfaction and retention
- Escalate complex issues to team leads or management when needed
- Proactively follow up on outstanding issues to ensure resolution
- Collaborate with fulfillment, marketing, and operations teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Uphold the brand voice and reflect our mission of “Whatever It Takes” in all communication
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 0-1 year experience in customer service, preferably in e-commerce or retail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Reliable internet connection and dedicated home workspace
- Passion for fitness, supplements, or the wellness industry is a plus
