\n\nJob Description\n
We are seeking a skilled Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) with at least 2 years of CVOR experience to support various cardiovascular surgical procedures. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a sterile field, assisting surgeons and nurses during operations, and ensuring that the required instruments and equipment are available and functioning.
\n\nResponsibilities\n

- Assist in procedures such as CABG, TAVR, AVR, MVR, thoracic surgery, and AAA repair.
- Prepare and manage the surgical environment and equipment for surgeries.
- Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout the surgical process.
- Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure efficient workflow and communication.
- Follow unit-specific policies and guidelines meticulously.

\n\nRequired Experience / Certifications / Licensure\n

- At least 2 years of experience as a Certified Surgical Technologist, preferably in a cardiovascular operating room (CVOR) setting.
- Certification in surgical technology is required.
