This opportunity is for a Pharmacist to provide essential pharmacy services in a hospital setting, supporting a 250-bed community hospital in Northern Indiana. This 13-week contract position offers the chance to make a meaningful impact on patient care while working a consistent second-shift schedule.

Location: Mishawaka, IN
Schedule:

• Four 10-hour shifts per week (1:00 PM – 10:30 PM)
• Potential option for 7 days on, 7 days off schedule

Responsibilities:

• Verify medication orders accurately and efficiently
• Supervise pharmacy technicians to ensure smooth operation
• Collaborate with physicians and nurses to optimize pharmacotherapy
• Participate in pharmacokinetic dosing and monitoring
• Support inpatient pharmacy services in a fast-paced hospital environment

Qualifications:

• Active Indiana pharmacist license required
• Experience in a hospital or inpatient pharmacy setting preferred
• Strong communication skills to consult effectively with healthcare teams
• Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
