This travel pharmacist opportunity is based in a 100-bed Level III trauma center located in Kearny, Nebraska. Offering a dynamic hospital environment, this role supports both inpatient and outpatient pharmacy services with advanced technologies including EPIC and Pyxis systems. The position is available for an immediate start with a minimum commitment of 13 weeks.

Location: Grant, NE (flexible to work at Kearny, NE facility)

Schedule:

• Day shifts, four 10-hour days per week (7:00 AM to 5:30 PM)
• Department of Pharmacy is open to a blocked schedule arrangement (such as 7 on/7 off or 8 on/6 off)

Responsibilities:

• Dispense medications safely and accurately within the hospital and outpatient clinic settings
• Collaborate closely with medical staff to optimize patient medication therapy
• Utilize EPIC and Pyxis systems to manage prescriptions and inventory
• Support the pharmacy team to enhance operational efficiency and patient care

Desired Qualifications:

• Current Nebraska pharmacist license
• Minimum of 1 year of recent inpatient hospital pharmacy experience
• Familiarity with hospital and outpatient/clinic medication dispensing
• Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills
