Job Title: Receptionist
Location: Chatsworth, Onsite
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Salary: $20- 26 per hour, depending on experience (DOE)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and adaptable Receptionist to join Chatsworth. This role requires flexibility, multitasking, and cross-department support. Ideal candidate will excel in data entry, office support, and collaboration across multiple departments, helping ensure smooth operations while balancing shifting priorities.
Responsibilities:
- Answer, route, and manage incoming calls across all lines and intercom systems.
- Greet and assist visitors, customers, and interviewees with a professional and welcoming attitude.
- Check company inbox regularly and ensure timely, accurate responses.
- Handle reject/BER items, customer notifications, and ticket advancement per company process.
- Maintain front desk and conference room organization; restock supplies and coordinate orders needed.
- Update delivery schedules, handle COD/missed deliveries, coordinate with drivers for efficient service.

- Open and close main entrance daily; sort and distribute mail, removing any non-company items.
- Support order tracking, approvals, and ticket assignments across departments.
- Perform basic data entry, filing, and recordkeeping to support administrative operations.
- Assist with purchase orders, procurement, and documentation through customer portals.
Requirements and Skills:
- 3+ years of continuous administrative experience, ( reception, customer service, or data entry).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), 10key and a typing speed of at least 40 WPM.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing error-free work in a fast paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Outstanding organizational, time management, and prioritization abilities.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to meet deadlines effectively.
- U.S. Citizen or U.S. Permanent Resident status required.
