Job Details
• shift is 21:00-06:30 with the possibility of a weekend rotation.
• This is a generalist position.

Job Requirements
• ASCP certification required for submission.
• Passing score of 80% or higher on Norton Specialty Exam, updated every 3 years, required for onboarding.
• COVID-19 Vaccine required, provide vaccination card with submission.
• Documentation of 2 MMRs at least 28 days apart and/or positive laboratory titer required for onboarding.
• Completed onsite Fit Test required annually for onboarding.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccinations (series of 3) and/or positive laboratory titer or signed declination required for onboarding.
• Influenza vaccine status required, declination reviewed for religious or medical exemption only, required for onboarding.
• 2 Negative TB skin tests required, 1 within 90 days and 1 within 365 days of start, or Quantiferon Gold within 90 days, updated annually, required for onboarding.
• Documentation of 2 doses of varicella 4 weeks apart and/or positive laboratory titer required for onboarding.
• Proof of having received Tdap vaccine required for onboarding.
• Physical Capacity statement required for onboarding, performed within one year prior to assignment.
• Full work experience with references from previous managers required for submission.
• Norton Skills Checklist completed prior to start, updated annually, required for submission.
• Standard 10 panel drug screen completed within 12 months before start and updated annually, required for onboarding.
• Norton References and Or Employment Verification completed prior to start, covering 1 year of employment within the last 3 years, required for submission.
• Norton Background Check completed prior to start and updated every 3 years thereafter, required for onboarding.
• Norton Candidate Affirmation completed within 24 hours of offer acceptance, required for onboarding.
• E-Verify and supporting documentation completed prior to start, required for onboarding.
• I-9 with supporting documentation completed prior to start, required for onboarding.
• Must be Norton's job description - available within document library, required for onboarding.
• Workplace Safety Module completed prior to start and updated annually, required for onboarding.
• Norton KY TB Risk Assessment Form completed 90 days prior to start, updated annually, required for onboarding.
• Facility Form must be completed, NOT employment verification/resume, required for submission.
• Registry check for settings specified, updated every 3 years, required for onboarding.
