We are seeking a Project Construction Manager to join our team! You will oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and project oversight/management.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation.
- Allocate resources for assigned projects
- Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors
- Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients
- Negotiate with contractors to receive reasonable order costs
- Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications
- Order materials for site/projects as required for Superintendent.
- Ability to read plans and bid out projects.
- Permit submittals to city, inspection and all aspects of site/city work to be utilized.
- Ability to provide full management of all projects within the multifamily/large residential homes field.
- Ability to manage multiple teams and projects from start to completion.
- Maintain onsite schedules and expenses.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in construction management or other related fields
- Familiarity with construction management software
- Strong leadership qualities
- Strong negotiation skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
