Job Description
Build Something Meaningful at Atlas
At Atlas, this isn’t just a job—it’s work that changes lives, including your own.
We partner with young children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) during some of their most important developmental years. Through center-based ABA therapy, play, and connection, we help them gain skills that open doors—for communication, independence, and confidence.
And while we’re focused on our learners, we’re just as intentional about supporting the people behind that progress: you.
What Makes Atlas Different
We’ve designed Atlas to be a place where clinicians can actually thrive—not burn out.
Here, your day is structured, your support is real, and your time is respected. You won’t be left figuring things out alone or buried in admin work. Instead, you’ll be part of a team that shows up for each other and shares the same goal: delivering high-quality care without sacrificing balance.
What You Can Expect
- A predictable Monday–Friday schedule so your evenings and weekends stay yours
- Competitive compensation with opportunities to earn more through performance
- Full benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance
- Ongoing mentorship and hands-on training in play-based models like ESDM and PRT
- Clinical and administrative support that allows you to focus on what matters most—your clients
The Kind of Team You’ve Been Looking For
The best part of Atlas isn’t a perk—it’s the people.
You’ll work with thoughtful, collaborative clinicians who care about doing things the right way. Leaders are present, approachable, and invested in your growth. Questions are encouraged. Feedback is welcomed. Wins—big and small—are celebrated together.
