Job DescriptionHIRING NOW: CNC MILL/LATHE OPERATOR$20+/hour based on experience and shiftDay Shift (6am start)Night Shift (4:30pm start)Overtime availableJob Summary:Our client is an industry leader in critical tolerance machined products and supplies of CNC Machined parts to the Heavy Duty Diesel, Military, Aerospace, and Automotive industries. We are seeking a skilled and reliable CNC operator to join our team. In this role responsibilities include operating and maintaining machinery and equipment to process raw materials into final products. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude, keen attention to detail, and a commitment to workplace safety. Responsibilities:1. Operate and monitor machinery and equipment to process raw materials into final products2. Adjust machine settings to maintain production efficiency and product quality3. Load and unload materials as needed for production processes4. Conduct quality control checks to ensure products meet specifications5. Perform routine maintenance on equipment and troubleshoot technical issues as they arise6. Keep detailed records of production output, equipment maintenance, and any incidents or issues that occur during shifts7. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth production processesRequirements:1. High school diploma or equivalent2. Proven experience as a mill/lathe operator or in a similar role3. Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills4. Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to safety protocols5. Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed6. Physical ability to lift and move heavy materials and equipment (up to 40lbs)Preferred Qualifications:1. Vocational or technical training in machinery operation or a related field2. Familiarity with specific types of machinery or equipment used in the milling process3.
