Duties
<ul>
<li>Respond promptly and professionally to customer issues or inquiries in person and/or via phone or email</li>
<li>Process secure customer transactions including verifying deposits/withdrawals, applying loan payments, completing cash advances, etc., ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed</li>
<li>Cross-Sell Bank products and services such as Cashier's Checks, Personal Money Orders, and Gift Cards as requested</li>
<li>Comply with established balancing standards and cash drawer levels</li>
<li>Prepare follow-up correspondence for new accounts/customers</li>
<li>Assist the operations staff with daily duties and projects</li>
<li>Comply with Bank Secrecy Act Policy (BSA) and all Bank Secrecy Regulations</li>
