Salary Range: $123,000 - $172,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all accounting operations, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable.
- Manage the month-end and year-end close process, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Develop, maintain, and analyze standard costing systems, production variances, and inventory valuation.
- Prepare and manage the annual budget, periodic forecasts, and long-range financial plans.
- Establish and enforce internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with GAAP.
- Analyze financial performance, provide actionable insights, and support strategic decision-making for manufacturing operations.
Recommended Qualifications
- Minimum 7-10 years progressive accounting experience, with at least 3-5 years in a manufacturing environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or CMA certification highly preferred.
- Proven expertise in cost accounting, inventory valuation, and variance analysis specific to manufacturing.
- Advanced proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong understanding of GAAP, internal controls, and financial reporting for manufacturing operations.
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience implementing or significantly upgrading an ERP system.
- Proficiency with advanced data analytics and business intelligence (BI) tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Background in Lean manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies.
- Experience with multi-site or international manufacturing operations.
