Schedule/Hours

  • 12-hour shifts, 7-7

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
  • Minimum three years of critical care experience (ICU and/or Emergency Department), or two years in a high-volume tertiary care ICU/ED, or two years recent critical care transport experience as team leader
  • Certifications: ACLS, BLS, TNCC, NIHSS required; advanced certification (CEN, CCRN, CTRN, or CFRN) preferred
  • Current, unrestricted RN license in DC (no disciplinary action)
  • Successful completion of comprehensive critical care transport orientation
  • Strong clinical acumen in critical care interventions and emergency medications
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities:

  • Perform advanced patient assessment and deliver stabilization and intervention during transport
  • Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
  • Participate in ongoing training, simulation, and skills labs covering advanced procedures
  • Maintain strict compliance with all regulatory and hospital requirements
  • Demonstrate adaptability and leadership in high-pressure environments
