Blazer Jobs is actively hiring a dedicated Paraprofessional to support students in a school district located in New Cumberland, PA.

Position Details:

• Full-time, onsite role

• Support may be provided in classroom-based, small group, or 1:1 instructional settings

• Responsibilities may include academic assistance, behavioral support, and accommodations for students with IEPs

• Caseload information will be provided during the district interview

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Must meet Pennsylvania requirements for instructional paraprofessionals:

• 48 college credits, or

• Associate degree, or

• Passing score on the Paraprofessional Assessment

• Ability to obtain and maintain all required PA clearances:

• PA State Police Criminal Background Check

• Child Abuse History Clearance

• FBI Fingerprinting clearance

  Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience working in a K12 school setting

  • Experience supporting students with disabilities or behavioral needs

  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organization skills

  • Familiarity with educational technology and virtual learning tools is a plus
