Job DescriptionJob Title: Bilingual Patient Access Specialist - Orlando

Type: Temp to Hire

Location: 100% on-site in Orlando

Pay: $20-$22/hour

Shift: Various shifts available

*MUST HAVE MEDICAL/PHARMACEUTICAL EXPERIENCE TO QUALIFY

Requirements:

  • Experience working in a health care/pharmaceutical industry environment
  • Strong/Accurate data entry skills
  • Professional level skills in computer use, including but not limited to Microsoft Office, email, and web-based applications
  • Experience working with people in situations that are high-pressure and time-sensitive (either telephone or face-to-face)
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong ability to multi-task and strong time management skills
  • Experience working with databases (CRM preferable) or a tracking system; Salesforce CRM experience
  • Understanding of challenges associated with patients medical condition



Pay Details: $20.00 to $22.00 per hour
