Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in optimizing our manufacturing processes, particularly in the food production sector. You will focus on improving efficiency, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and enhancing product quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement manufacturing processes for food production or similar!
- Conduct process analysis and identify areas for improvement to enhance production efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with USDA regulations and food safety standards throughout manufacturing operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new manufacturing technologies and solutions.
- Monitor production performance metrics and prepare reports for management review.
- Train and mentor production staff on best practices and new equipment operation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing engineering role, preferably in food manufacturing or similar!
- Strong knowledge of USDA regulations and food safety standards.
- Experience with mechanical systems and process optimization techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
