Sales Support Specialist
Location: Stratford, WI
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 7:30 a.m.–4:30 p.m. (with some flexibility with start and end times).

We’re looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Sales Support Specialist to play a critical role on our sales team.
The Role
The Sales Support Specialist is the go-to resource for our builders, answering questions about products and processes while supporting the sales lifecycle from quote to completion. This role acts as a key liaison between builders, homebuyers, territory sales managers, and internal departments.

What You’ll Do
- Prepare custom floor plans, quotes, and work orders for the estimating/costing team.
- Serve as a trusted point of contact for builders and customers, delivering exceptional service.
- Represent the Stratford Homes brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Identify opportunities to offer additional products and services that enhance customer satisfaction.
- Conduct plant and model home tours and assist with travel accommodations when needed.
- Assist the receptionist in welcoming visitors and vendors, providing direction as needed, answering incoming phone calls to route them to the appropriate contact.
- Collaborate with marketing on social media, website content, and promotional efforts.
- Attend open houses, home shows, and other sales/marketing events as needed.
- Create preliminary designs using AutoCAD or Revit.

Required Qualifications:
- Graduation from high school or GED equivalent with specialized course work in general office practices such as typing, filing, accounting and bookkeeping.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software applications (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
- Knowledge of wood frame construction – modular construction is a plus.
- The ability to read and understand home plans and construction documents.
- Knowledge of current residential building methods, and materials, and the ability to research current products for specifications.
- Sales or customer service experience is a plus
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate degree in residential design/light commercial or construction, or a related field.
- Five years of increasingly responsible related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Residential and Commercial Construction, Modular, or Panelized experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of residential building codes

Work Environment & Physical Requirements
This role is based in a professional office environment and regularly involves sitting, standing, walking, climbing stairs, lifting light materials, and communicating in person and by phone.
