Sales Representative/Estimator

Position Overview

The sales representative/estimator is responsible for maintaining and growing distributor relationships while ensuring accurate, margin-focused quoting of standard, modified, and custom sheet metal products. This role supports company profitability by balancing revenue growth with disciplined pricing, cost awareness, and close collaboration with engineering and operations.

Responsibilities

Maintain and strengthen relationships within our existing distributor network.

Expand product penetration within current accounts and identify new opportunities.

Support on boarding and activation of new distributor partners, involving e–commerce

channels, review RFQ's, drawings, and specifications for standard, modified, and custom products.

Collaborate closely with engineering and develop accurate cost–based quotes.

Repair pricing the line with the company's course structures and margin objectives.

Maintain disciplined CRM activity and manage an organized sales pipeline.

Ensure a smooth and complete handoff to order processing and production.

Qualifications

Manufacturing sales experience, preferably in sheet metal fabrication or industrial products. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

Experience supporting industrial distributor relationships.

Strong communication, organization, and follow – through skills.

Margin awareness and disciplined pricing approach.

EOS experience preferred a willingness to work within structured accountability.

Compensation & Benefits

This is a salaried position with competitive compensation based on experience (target Range $50,000 – $75,000 annually, plus performance – based incentives.
