Our client, a large, well known non-profit organization in Manhattan is looking for an employee relations specialist to join their growing team. This is a contract to direct hire for the right candidate, and is onsite 4 days per week with a remote work day on Friday's.
Responsibilities: Conduct HR investigations (discrimination, harassment, retaliation and disciplinary) Provide guidance on Employee Relations matters, including but not limited to performance management, disciplinary actions and policies & procedures
Key Requirements: College degree; Minimum of 2 years of HR experience with a focus on employee relations; Must have HR investigation experience
