This contract opportunity is for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) located in Missouri City, TX, serving an elementary school-aged population. The assignment begins ASAP and runs through May 22, offering a consistent 37.5 hours per week over five days. This role provides the chance to work directly with students in a school setting, supporting their speech and language development within a collaborative educational environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech-language evaluations and therapy services to elementary-age students.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessments.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress.
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all state and federal regulations.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid Texas Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license or certification.
- Experience working in school settings preferred.
- Familiarity with the needs and developmental stages of elementary-aged children.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
