Job Description
Join our team as a General Production Worker, where you will play a crucial role in the rubber cutting department. You will be responsible for loading machinery with rubber, packaging rubber additives into bags and boxes, and working on the assembly line to package finished products. This position involves both manual lifting of up to 60 pounds and using lifting equipment to handle heavier loads. You will also wrap pallets of finished products and operate pallet jacks.
Responsibilities
- Load machinery with rubber in the cutting department.
- Package rubber additives into bags and boxes.
- Work on the assembly line packaging finished products.
- Lift up to 60 pounds of product manually and use lifting equipment for heavier items.
- Wrap pallets of finished products and operate pallet jacks.
Essential Skills
- Previous machine operation experience in manufacturing.
- Comfortable lifting up to 50 pounds semi-frequently.
- Comfortable being on feet for the entirety of an 8-hour shift.
- Comfortable working with chemicals.
- Comfortable wearing a respirator/hazmat suit for the entirety of the shift.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience as a General Production Worker, Tow Motor Operator, Forklift Operator, or in Packaging.
- Familiarity with blending, manufacturing operations, and chemical operations.
- Experience with batch tickets and military is a plus.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $24.05 - $25.05/hr.
