12-Hour Shifts, 7am-7pm Home Care Nursing Case. LPNs or RNs with Experience Required. (G-tube, Trach) Weekends (Saturdays & Sundays) 7am-7pm and some weekdays. Immediate Need. Young-adult client. We can hire Licensed Practical Nurses or Registered Nurses for this case.

We are looking for RNs and LPNs with pediatric care experience for 12-hour shifts on a high-need case. Must have experience with G-Tubes and Trachs, Vents. Critical Care Needed.
Registered Nurse (RN) Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Job Duties:
- Perform care as defined by client’s individual Plan of Care and within scope of state’s nurse practice act.
- Monitor patient’s condition and notify appropriate personnel of any changes.
- Provide those services requiring substantial and specialized nursing skill.
- Assures proper maintenance of clinical records in compliance with local, state and federal laws.
- Counsels the client and family in meeting nursing and related needs.

Position Requirements
Nurse Qualifications:
- Current and unrestricted RN or LPN license in state for which you are applying. (Illinois)
- Home Health Experience Preferred
- Pediatric Experience Preferred (Trach, G-Tube)
- Oasis Trained
- 1 year experience.
- Proof of eligibility to work in the US.
- Reliable car / auto insurance.
- Clean background and criminal record.
