Location: Liberty Lake, WA, United States
Pay Rate: $21–$25/hr
Job Overview:
Aerotek is hiring Process Technicians to work with plastic injection molding machines in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is a hands-on role focused on machine setup, troubleshooting, and quality control.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up machines and change molds
- Run machines and make basic adjustments
- Troubleshoot minor machine and quality issues
- Inspect product quality and complete documentation
- Work closely with operators and maintenance teams
Requirements:
- Experience in injection molding or plastics manufacturing
- Basic mechanical and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to set up machines and change molds
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced setting
Work Environment:
- Hands-on factory setting
- Requires standing, lifting, and working around machines

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $27.50/hr.
