Job DescriptionVIP Staffing is immediately hiring a Customer Service Position for a leading organization in Rio Rancho
As a Customer Service Rep, you will:
- Provide customer service via telephone, both in and outbound calls
- Perform contract review
- Perform a variety of administrative tasks and duties
- Perform data analysis
- Process and maintain customer orders
- Perform technical problem solving
To be considered for this customer service position you must meet the following requirements
- 3 years' experience with customer interaction
- Strong organizational skills
- Detail oriented
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong computer skills using MS Office Suite particularly proficient in Excel
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Self Starter
This is a full time Temp to hire position with a schedule of Monday-Friday 8am- 4:30pmPay is $16.00 per hourDon't Wait!! Apply today!
