Key professional qualifications:
- Active RN license with surgical/procedural experience strongly preferred (not required)
- Enthusiasm for team-based, fast-paced care
- Commitment to upholding hospital policies and exceptional patient care standards
Primary responsibilities:
- Circulate and/or scrub a broad variety of surgical cases, including trauma, orthopedics/robotics, cardiovascular, and pediatric procedures
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and multidisciplinary staff in a state-of-the-art environment
- Document all care activities within the Meditech EMR system
- Adhere to stringent safety and infection control protocols
- Maintain compassionate, patient-centered support from pre-op through post-op phases
