Core Responsibilities:

Reception & Communication: Greet visitors, answer calls, and direct them to the right staff.

Office Security: Monitor visitor access and maintain the logbook.

Administrative Support: Create documents, spreadsheets, labels, and assist with filing, photocopying, and mailing.

Clerical Assistance: Support other team members and department directors as needed.
Targeted Case Management (TCM) Tasks:

File Management: File, update, and scan consumer-related files daily.

Data Entry: Enter and maintain accurate records in databases.

Confidentiality: Ensure data protection and comply with HIPAA standards.

Meeting Support: Take minutes at TCM meetings.
Secondary Duties:

Participate in staff and department meetings, assist with special projects, and provide backup for the Executive Assistant when needed.
Skills & Requirements:

Skills: Attention to detail, data entry, filing, organizational skills, and ability to work independently.

Experience: At least 1 year in a clerical or customer service role, with a high school diploma (business or computer courses preferred).

Equipment: Familiarity with office equipment like fax machines and scanners.
This role requires strong organizational skills, a focus on confidentiality, and flexibility to assist various teams.
