Job Description

Large Charlotte based landscape company has an opening for a Landscape Maintenance Account Manager. This position requires a self-starter, attention to detail, a strong ability to follow directions from the Division Manager and have at least 5 years of experience in the landscape industry. Must be able to effectively communicate with clients on enhancements and maintenance issues.

Job responsibilities

Daily and weekly scheduling and management of at least 4-5 maintenance crews.
Applicants must possess a valid driver's license with good driving record
Customer service-oriented approach
General computer proficiency
A willingness and ability to work in a team environment.
Must be able to work with and train crews as needed on daily tasks.
Perform monthly inspections to identify punch list.
A valid NC pesticide license and bilingual language ability is a plus. Applicants must submit to a background check and drug test.

Salary based on experience.

Pay: Starting from $55,000.00 per year
