Position Summary


We are seeking a skilled and experienced IT Contract Recruiter to support enterprise-wide technology hiring initiatives. This role will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle for a wide range of IT positions, including software engineering, cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, data analytics, and technology procurement.


Key Responsibilities


  • Partner with hiring managers and HR business partners to understand technical staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
  • Source, engage, and attract top IT talent through various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and professional networks.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process — from job postings and candidate screening to interviews, feedback coordination, and offer facilitation.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future technology openings.
  • Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the process.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Collaborate with external staffing partners when necessary, ensuring alignment with company policies and hiring standards.
  • Stay informed on emerging trends and best practices in IT recruiting to continuously enhance sourcing strategies.


Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in IT recruiting within a corporate or agency environment.
  • Demonstrated success sourcing and placing candidates in areas such as software development, DevOps, cloud engineering, cybersecurity, and IT procurement.
  • Strong understanding of technical skill sets, roles, and terminology.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (Workday or similar).
  • Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
