Deliver comprehensive Med Surg nursing care as a Registered Nurse (RN) in a well-equipped hospital setting, ensuring high-quality patient outcomes through effective use of the nursing process. This contract position offers a variable 3x12 shift schedule with 36 weekly guaranteed hours, supporting professional growth in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Apply the nursing process to deliver patient-centered Med Surg care in accordance with established medical and ethical standards.
- Maintain accountability for patient care effectiveness, coordinating with interdisciplinary teams and other departments to optimize treatment plans.
- Protect patient rights and confidentiality vigilantly, adhering to facility policies and healthcare regulations.
- Adapt to floating assignments as required to meet patient care needs across units.
- Utilize EPIC EMR effectively for accurate and timely documentation and communication.
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Licensed RN with current Oklahoma RN license.
- Minimum 3 years nursing experience with a Med Surg focus.
- Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required.
- Ability to work a variable 3x12 shift and weekend hours as scheduled.
- Must demonstrate professional accountability and excellent communication skills.
- Comfortable maintaining a 1:5 patient ratio in a dynamic environment.
