Our organization is seeking a full-time dental hygienist.

Work Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Enjoy NO late nights and NO weekends!

Location: 3030 N. Ballard Road, Appleton, Wisconsin 54911

Compensation: Bi-weekly hourly pay ranging from $45 to $50, with the option to enroll in Daily Pay for immediate access to earned wages.

Potential to earn daily and quarterly bonuses!

Minimum Qualifications

  • Current dental hygienist license in Wisconsin and an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene (as required).
  • Strong understanding of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, patient screening, and medical history documentation.
  • CPR Certification.

Preferred Experience

  • Open to both new graduates and experienced hygienists.
  • Familiarity with Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanners, digital x-rays, and electronic medical record systems.
  • A desire to continue learning and enhancing clinical skills to meet patient needs and provide preventative care.
  • Ability to address clinical needs as required by the office.

Physical Requirements

  • Capability to perform essential duties as required by the office/doctor with or without reasonable accommodations. Adjustments may be made to assist individuals with disabilities in fulfilling essential job functions.
  • Prolonged periods of sitting and standing.
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 45 pounds occasionally.
  • Availability to participate in virtual or in-person training sessions periodically throughout the year.
  • As part of our commitment to a safe and healthy environment for both team members and patients, a tuberculosis (TB) test is mandatory for all new hires in dental office roles. This standard requirement must be completed before starting employment. The test will be arranged during the pre-employment process, with necessary guidance provided. This requirement does not apply in Florida and Tennessee.
