This position is ideal for motivated individuals with a positive attitude, strong customer service orientation, and proven problem-solving skills. As a Class A or Class B CDL driver, you will be responsible for local and regional transportation of a wide range of equipment using lowboy, landoll, step-deck, flatbed trailers, and heavy-duty rollbacks. Drivers will need to be familiar with or experienced with High, Wide, and Heavy loads.


All drivers must be equipped with their own set of tools once you are assigned a truck.

Manual transmissions only in our fleet.

Essential Functions

  • Safely maneuver tractor-trailers for loading and unloading, following crew signals and ensuring proper equipment positioning.
  • Operate trailers configured with tow bars, gooseneck, and multi-axle setups as required.
  • Load, unload, and secure equipment using appropriate tools and methods.
  • Utilize GPS mapping technology to ensure efficient route planning and execution.
  • Work effectively in all weather conditions and adapt to variable job site requirements.

Physical Requirements

  • Lifting, crawling, pulling, frequent use of hands, bending, reaching, and climbing
  • Significant physical strength and stamina

Qualifications:

  • Class A or Class B CDL License required with 2 years of verifiable experience.
  • Current DOT Medical Card
  • TWIC Card (or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire)
  • Must be registered in the DOT Clearinghouse
  • Must be able to pass background check /drug test.
  • Must have a Clean Driving Record for the past 3 years.
  • Possess great Customer Service/Communication Skills
  • Must be able to drive a manual transmission truck.

Commission Pay:

  • 25% Commission - Our drivers on average earn $1,000-$1,300+/week.
    • Pay guarantee of $800/week (whichever is greater)
    • This pay structure should not be misconstrued as a salary paid position.
