Nursing degree, active registered nurse (RN) license and minimum 1+ years NICU RN experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Requirements:
- Current, unencumbered RN license
- Minimum of one year of recent experience in a Level II or Level III NICU
- Proficiency with advanced neonatal equipment and monitoring technology
- BLS and NRP certifications required; additional specialty certifications are a plus
- Excellent critical thinking and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct, evidence-based nursing care to premature and critically ill newborns
- Accurately assess, monitor, and respond to each infant’s evolving needs
- Administer medications and treatments per provider orders and established protocols
- Maintain detailed, up-to-date documentation and care plans
- Educate and support parents and families during emotionally challenging times
- Adhere to all hospital policies, safety regulations, and infection control standards
