We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, ensuring accuracy in transactions, and providing essential support for financial reporting. This role is crucial in maintaining the financial health of our organization and requires a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.

Skills & Responsibilities

  • Prepare financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Maintain accurate financial records by recording day-to-day transactions.
  • Collecting lien waivers
  • Process payroll and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
  • Understanding of the balance sheet and P&L
  • Must have AIA Construction Experience
  • Experience in general accounting practices and principles.
  • Ability to write clear and concise financial reports.
  • Proficient in QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
  • Strong understanding of accounts payable processes and account reconciliation techniques.
