We are looking for a professional and outgoing person to join our Customer Service team.

This Full-Time position is offer in both a 4 day/week and 5 day/week schedule.

This position is NOT remote.


Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Deliver Exceptional Customer Service – Provide professional, empathetic, and timely assistance while maintaining a sense of urgency.
  • Manage Incoming & Outgoing Communications – Answer multiple phone lines, monitor emails, and respond to digital leads to address customer needs promptly.
  • Schedule & Coordinate Appointments – Work closely with other departments to efficiently schedule, reschedule, and confirm customer appointments.
  • Proactive Customer Outreach – Conduct outbound calls to existing customers for service follow-ups, promotions, and scheduling needs.
  • Utilize Multiple Software Systems – Navigate and learn various computer programs to input, track, and manage customer information.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a customer service role.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities with a customer-first approach.
  • Call Handling Ability: Comfortable managing high call volumes while maintaining professionalism and efficiency.
  • Tech-Savviness: Proficient in computer systems and adaptable to learning new software.
  • Professional & Positive Attitude: Enthusiastic, eager to learn, and committed to delivering top-tier service.
  • Strong Organizational Skills: Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage workload effectively.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Capable of handling challenging situations with patience and professionalism.
  • Reliability & Punctuality: Consistently dependable with a strong work ethic.
