Job Description Operations Analyst - Securities Pricing Services
Overview
LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an Operations Analyst focused on Securities Pricing for a 12-month contract assignment, with strong potential to convert to an FTE, for one of the world's largest Tier-1 banks. The Operations Analyst supports daily securities pricing activities within a Wealth and Investment Operations environment. This role focuses on reviewing pricing data, performing quality checks, researching exceptions, and following documented procedures to ensure accurate end-of-day pricing for client accounts.
Responsibilities
- Review daily pricing reports for missing, stale, or incorrect prices
- Research and resolve pricing exceptions using established procedures
- Perform quality assurance checks before and after pricing files are released
- Escalate unresolved issues as needed
- Respond to internal inquiries related to pricing data
- Document findings and resolutions accurately
- Follow defined controls, timelines, and operational standards
Required Skills

- Basic proficiency with Excel and standard office tools
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in an operations focused role within financial services, or a related role
- Understanding of securities pricing outliers and process flow preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or equivalent experience preferred
Pay Rate: $24.00-25.90 per hour
Worksite Type: hybrid (3 days onsite and 2 days remote)
Pay Details: $24.00 to $25.90 per hour
