JOB TITLE: Maintenance Production Manager

Year-Round, Hourly Position

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Position reports to Account Managers and Division Manager
• Professionally represent Mill Brothers Landscape Group (Company) in all activities
• Understand, follow, and enforce the Company safety and operational policies
• Schedule and supervise landscape maintenance crews, to include, but not limited to:
• Mowing operations
• Bed care
• Pruning
• General grounds care
• Snow removal
• Train subordinate staff
• Complete all daily electronic paperwork
• Participate actively in snow removal operations
• Other activities, as assigned by Management, to meet Company goals

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Must have a valid drivers license and be accepted to operate Company vehicles by Mill Brothers Landscape Groups insurance carrier as a condition of employment
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment as both part of a team, and independently
• Must be able to accept direction and execute directives, as given
• Strong communications skills, bilingual required
  
• Exceptional time and organizational skills
• Must be able to lift 50lbs regularly and 75lbs occasionally
• Must be comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions

EDUCATIONAL AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

• No minimum education requirements, HS diploma or GED preferred
• 3-years landscape management experience

COMPENSATION:

• Hourly Pay: $26.00-$32.00 per hour.
• Paid Vacation: 10 Days per calendar year with an annual accrual
